Then look for 2 appointments (1 on two separate days, preferably back to back days, like Tues & Wed OR Thurs & Fri) and then give them an open time for each day (in their PREFERRED mornings or afternoons)

YOU: Awesome, I have [Time] on [Day of the week] OR [Time] on [Day of the week] available.  Which one is good for you?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU: SELECT THEIR BEST  [Time] and [Day ] then press the CONTINUE Button at the bottom, and proceed to Fill out the QUESTIONS on the Form by asking them for the answers.

(AT THE END of the Questions, confirm the email and phone number by saying:)

YOU:   So just to confirm, I have your email as . . . (repeating the email given) and your phone number is . . . . .(repeating the phone# given),  Is that correct?

BEFORE clicking in the box under the "Agreement"  ask them :
