INSTRUCTIONS: (SCRIPT is below in "gray" sections)

  1. PULL UP INTRO CALL Calendar in a separate browser tab

  2. Call the Lead .  IF No answer, hang up and call RIGHT BACK.  IF no answer on second attempt, LEAVE A VOICEMAIL:

 

VOICEMAIL MESSAGE BELOW

 

YOU: "Hi [FIRST NAME],

This is [YOUR FIRST NAME].  I was calling because you responded to our FACEBOOK AD about getting EXCLUSIVE & Pre-Qualified [INDUSTRY TYPE, i.e. Roofing] Calls in YOUR area sent to you every month, but you HAVEN'T  booked your INTRO Call Yet. If YOU'RE interested in receiving these exclusive calls, give us a call back at (954)466-7113."

YOU: Hi [FIRST NAME],

This is [YOUR FIRST NAME].  I'm calling because you responded to our FACEBOOK AD about getting EXCLUSIVE & Pre-Qualified [INDUSTRY Type, i.e Roofing] Calls in YOUR area sent to you every month, but you HAVEN'T booked your INTRO Call Yet. 

Let's get you an appointment on our calendar now, OK?"

CLICK ON THEIR RESPONSE HERE

YES

YOU: ARE Mornings or Afternoons best?  

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

Then look for 2 appointments (1 on two separate days, preferably back to back days, like Tues & Wed OR Thurs & Fri) and then give them an open time for each day (in their PREFERRED mornings or afternoons)

YOU: I have [Time] on [Day of the week] OR [Time] on [Day of the week] available.  Which one is good for you?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

Then go through the scheduling process for them ( Making sure you have their FULL NAME & EMAIL Address available in their contacts database.

YOU: I have your Name as [FULL NAME in database].  Is that correct? 

YOU: I have your Email as [EMAIL in database].  Is that correct? 

YOU: I have your Mobile Number as [PHONE # in database].  Is that correct? 

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

IF it is correct, then enter and complete the appointment booking. Then Say:

YOU: OK, I have you confirmed for an INTRO CALL with Steve on  [The DATE & TIME scheduled]. You will receive email & SMS reminders leading up to the call so you don't miss it. 

YOU: Take care and have a great day!

 

NO

YOU: OK, should I call you back to schedule OR should we move on to another [SAME BUSINESS TYPE, i.e. roofer ] interested in receiving EXCLUSIVE & Pre-qualified calls within your area?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

IF they say, let's just do it now, PULL UP INTRO CALL CALENDAR  and go through scheduling process above

IF they say, YES call me back, then say . . .

YOU: OK,  when is the best day to call you later to get you on the calendar?

  1. Can you tell me more before I book a call? Tell them just enough to get them curious but not too detailed, such as.                                                                                                                                         YOU: “Sure. We work with [business type i.e. roofers, HVAC] across the country to get them Pre-Qualified calls within an EXCLUSIVE area on a Performance "Pay-Per-Call" basis. [salesperson’s name] can dive more into it on the call.”
