DEMO Call Reminder Script

INSTRUCTIONS: (SCRIPT is below in "gray" sections)

  1. Have the DEMO CALL Calendar pulled up in a separate browser tab

  2. Call the Lead .  IF No answer, hang up and call RIGHT BACK.  IF no answer on second attempt, LEAVE A VOICEMAIL:

VOICEMAIL MESSAGE BELOW

 

YOU: “Hi [LEAD’S NAME], this is [YOUR NAME] with LOKATION KONNECT . I am calling to remind you of your scheduled DEMO call with Steve at [ Time in their Timezone] .  If that time no longer works for you, please give me a call back at (954)466-7111 to reschedule. Take Care.”

     THEN, send this TEXT message:

[LEADS NAME], I just left a VM to remind you about the DEMO Call appt you scheduled with Steve @ [DATE & Time in their TIMEZONE]. Is that STILL good for you? -[YOUR NAME]

LIVE CALL SCRIPT

 

YOU: “Hi [LEAD’s FIRST NAME], this is [YOUR FIRST NAME] from LOKATION KONNECT. I’m calling to remind you about your appointment for an DEMO Call with Steve scheduled @ [SCHEDULED TIME in their timezone]  . Is that time still good for you?”

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

CLICK ON THEIR RESPONSE HERE

IF they ask you "what is the appointment about?" , tell them: 

YOU: "After that INTRO Call you had with Steve, you booked a DEMO call appointment to get details on how you can start getting more PRE-Qualified prospect Calls sent to you every week within your county that is EXCLUSIVE to you and your business."

Are you still available for that time?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

CLICK ON THEIR RESPONSE HERE

YES

YOU: “Great, we look forward to speaking with you then. Inside the emails will be the LOG IN instructions to connect to the ZOOM Call. Have a great day.”

NO

 

YOU: “OK, let’s get you rescheduled.”

THEN [PULL UP Steve’s DEMO CALENDAR within the dashboard and YOU reschedule lead and then CANCEL their existing appt] MAKE SURE YOUR TIME ZONE IS SET TO THEIR TIMEZONE

YOU: “What time zone are you in?’

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU: “Are mornings or afternoons best for you? “

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

Then look for 2 appointments (1 on two separate days, preferably back to back days, like Tues & Wed OR Thurs & Fri) and then give them an open time for each day (in their PREFERRED mornings or afternoons)

YOU: “Awesome, I have [Time] on [Day of the week] OR [Time] on [Day of the week] available.  Which one is good for you?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU:  AND, Just to RE-confirm, what is the best email to send you this confirmation? 

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU: AGAIN,  What is the best “text friendly” phone number?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU:  “Got it. Is there any reason why you would not make it to this call?”

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU:  “Awesome. Be on the lookout for reminder texts and emails sent to this inbox and mobile phone leading up to this call. Inside the emails will be the LOG IN instructions to connect to the ZOOM Call.
