Appointment SETTING Script - INTRO Call

INSTRUCTIONS: (SCRIPT is below in "gray" sections)

  1. PULL UP INTRO CALL Calendar in a separate browser tab

  2. Call the Lead .  IF No answer, hang up and call RIGHT BACK.  IF no answer on second attempt, LEAVE A VOICEMAIL:

YOU: Hey [First Name], this is [YOUR FIRST Name] from LOKATION KONNECT, you responded to an [email / FB / IG /LI]  message in regards to receiving PRE-Qualified [Their Industry, i.e roofing or hvac] Calls within YOUR territory that are EXCLUSIVE to you and your company WITHOUT running FB Ads. I am just calling to schedule you a time with our team to discuss .  If YOU ARE interested in receiving these exclusive calls, give us a call back at (954)466-7113.

I would love to see if this is a good fit or notCan I book you for a quick 10 to 15 minute chat with our team to discuss the specifics? 

(Wait for an “okay” or “sounds good”... if they show resistance, refer to objection handling training below)

YOU:  “Perfect, let me open our calendar and see what time is available.”

** NOTE - GO TO (CALENDAR) TO CHECK THE CALENDAR AND MAKE SURE YOUR TIME ZONE IS SET TO THEIR TIMEZONE

YOU: “What time zone are you in?’

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU: “Are mornings or afternoons best for you?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

Then look for 2 appointments (1 on two separate days, preferably back to back days, like Tues & Wed OR Thurs & Fri) and then give them an open time for each day (in their PREFERRED mornings or afternoons)

YOU: Awesome, I have [Time] on [Day of the week] OR [Time] on [Day of the week] available.  Which one is good for you?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU:  OK, Please tell me your Full Name.

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU:  AND, What is the best email to send you a confirmation? 

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU: Last thing, What is the best “text friendly” phone number?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

YOU:  “Got it. Is there any reason why you would not make it to this call?”

(Ideally they should just say “no” here, but if needed refer to the objections training below.

**NOTE - If at any point you are asked a question you don’t feel equipped to answer, respond with the following: 

YOU: “I actually wouldn’t be the best person to answer that… [salesperson’s name] is the person you’ll be speaking with and he can answer all of your questions. I’m just calling you to set up a time to chat with him. Does [Time] on [Day of the week] OR [Time] on [Day of the week] work for you?”

 

If they still show resistance, reply with the following:

YOU:  “Here’s what I can do. I’ll talk to [salesperson’s name] now and give you a call back as soon as I get an answer. Does that sound good?”

NO

YOU: NO PROBLEM, we will just send them to another [SAME BUSINESS TYPE, i.e. roofer ] interested in that area? Have a great rest of your day! BYE BYE!

OBJECTION RESPONSES

  1. I can do the call right now… -                                                                                                                    YOU: “I am actually not the person that does that call.  [salesperson’s name] is the person who can speak with you and can answer all of your questions. I’m just calling you to set up a time to chat with him.

  2. Can you tell me more before I book a call? Tell them just enough to get them curious but not too detailed, such as.                                                                                                                                         YOU: “Sure. We work with [business type i.e. roofers, HVAC] across the country to get them Pre-Qualified calls within an EXCLUSIVE area on a Pay-Per-Call basis. [salesperson’s name] can dive more into it on the  call.”

  3. What email?

    YOU: I got an email response from (Repeat the email address you got a response from), does that sound familiar?” Proceed with the script above.
