2 Hr INTRO Call Reminder Script

INSTRUCTIONS : (Script is below in gray sections) 

  1. Have INTRO CALENDAR pulled up in a separate browser tab

  2. Call LEAD @ required time

  3. IF connected/reached, go through the appropriate script below in gray section.

  4. IF NOT connected on FIRST try, hang up and “Call Right Back” and go through script IF connected on the second call, IF NOT connected, then LEAVE this Voicemail:

    a. (For REMINDER Call) “Hi [LEAD’S NAME], this is [YOUR NAME] with LoKation Marketing . I am calling to remind you of your scheduled INTRO call with Steve in 2 Hours on [DATE & Time] . If that time no longer works for you, please give us a call back at (954)466-7116 to reschedule. Take Care."

     THEN, send this TEXT message:

[LEADS NAME], I just left a VM to remind you about the INTRO Call appt you scheduled with Steve in 2 Hours on [DATE & Time]. Is that STILL good for you?

5. Then call back in 1 HOUR and try to connect with them.  IF no answer, call “right back”, and go through the appropriate script IF connected. IF NOT, hang up.

2 Hour BEFORE Appt Script

 

YOU: “Hi [LEAD’s FIRST NAME], this is [YOUR FIRST NAME] from Lokation Marketing. I’m calling to remind you about your appointment for an INTRO Call with Steve scheduled in 2 hours @ [[SCHEDULED TIME in their timezone]  . You still good for time?”

 

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

 

IF they ask you "what is the appointment about?" , tell them: 

YOU: "You recently booked an INTRO call to learn about getting EXCLUSIVE & Pre-Qualified Calls in YOUR area sent to you every month, and it is scheduled in roughly 2 hours from now

Are you still available for that time?"

 

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

 

IF YES, 

 

YOU: “OK, look out for his call from a 954 area code then. Have a Great Day.”

IF NO,

 

YOU: “OK, let’s get you rescheduled.”

 

THEN [PULL UP Steve’s INTRO CALENDAR within the dashboard and YOU reschedule lead and then CANCEL their existing appt]

YOU: “Are mornings or afternoons best for you?

[WAIT FOR REPLY]

Then look for 2 appointments (1 on two separate days, preferably back to back days, like Tues & Wed OR Thurs & Fri) and then give them an open time for each day (in their PREFERRED mornings or afternoons)

YOU: Awesome, I have [Time] on [Day of the week] OR [Time] on [Day of the week] available.  Which one is good for you?
